Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup your choice of milk (I use almond or oat milk)

1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 tablespoon almond butter or other nut butter that you like

1 tablespoon agave/honey

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Fruit to put on top (banana slices, berries, apples are really good!)

Optional: Yoghurt to top


How to Prepare:

1.) Get a bowl or other container that can go in the fridge and put your oats and milk into it.

2.) Mix until combined, add Chia Seeds, Almond Butter and Honey and mix.

3.) Sprinkle cinnamon on top and put in the fridge for a few hours of overnight!

4.) In the morning top with fruit and any other toppings you like, some ideas are coconut flakes, dates, raisins, yoghurt and chopped almonds. Enjoy!
