In search of balancing mental and physical health
We just want you to live your best life, that's what this is all about. Our purpose is to grow our community's knowledge about mental health and physical health. Providing information that will help you manage it all, and be more balanced. Everyone should have a mindset and lifestyle that helps us achieve our goals and live life to the fullest. High school may only be a few years but they are years we remember and where we can grow good habits that will carry with us throughout life.
Wellness is actually composed of eight dimensions, emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual. Each one plays an important part in our lives and is essential to remaining balanced. Now, we don't want to bore you with cheezy sayings or to preach our own opinions, we just want to provide you with information, resources and a little inspiration to help you get through it all! We are talking about things that will help you sort it all out, grow as an individual, evolve into a person who can push doors open and achieve any goal on the horizon.
