Yogurt smoothie:
-1 cup of plain Greek yogurt (or other thick plain yogurt)
-1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)
-½ of a cup or more (based on desired thickness) of water
-1 cup of your choice of frozen fruit
-½ inch chunk of ginger (optional)
Blend until smooth. Some yummy fruit combinations are cherry and strawberries, bananas and pineapple.
