Tofu Scramble

Tofu scramble: -14 oz box of firm refrigerated tofu -2 teaspoons of oil -1 tablespoon of soy sauce or tamari -½ teaspoon turmeric As oil to pan and heat it up. Crumble drained tofu into pan. Halfway through sauteing (there shouldn’t be much liquid left) add soy sauce and turmeric. Continue to saute until no liquid remains and tofu is firm. Optional: If you would like you can add veggies to the scramble. Leafy greens can be added at the end if you want to add zucchini, bell peppers, onions, carrots etc. Saute them in the oil then add the tofu and continue recipient as directed.
