Read this if you can't sleep!
Sleeping is a priority for living a happy and healthy lifestyle but unfortunately so many people don't get enough sleep or have hard time going to sleep and staying sleep. Good sleep habits are also referred to as "sleep hygiene", here are five easy habits you can implement into your daily routine to get a better nights sleep.
Be consistent. Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends.
When you're going to bed make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature.
Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smart phones, from the bedroom at bedtime.
Avoid large meals, caffeine, and alcohol before bedtime.
Get some exercise. Being physically active during the day can help you fall asleep more easily at night.
